What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time from the account summary page. The account owner is responsible for properly canceling an account.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed via secure online credit card payment. Online payments only.

When does my credit card get charged with a Premium or Deluxe subscription?

Your card is automatically charged every month with the Premium monthly plan and it is automatically charged every year with the Premium and Deluxe annual plan.

Can I have multiple family members access the system and share the information?

Yes, once you create an account, you can “Invite” as many other family members to join for free with their own email login and password.

Can I upgrade to Premium or Deluxe later?

Yes, you can change your subscription to upgrade at any time from your account info page within your HomeZada account.

Can I cancel my account and what is your refund policy?

You can cancel your account at any time from within HomeZada. However, with both our monthly and annual subscription plans, there are no refunds. Once you cancel your account, you will not be charged any future charges.

What if I have more than 3 properties?

A HomeZada Deluxe subscription allows you to add more than three properties with an additional $99 per year charge for each property.
